PEBBLE BEACH, California (August 12, 2019) – Classic car Historian, Consultant, Writer, Museum Curator, and Author Donald Osborne is honored to moderate not just one but two featured conversations at the prestigious Pebble Beach Classic Car Forum this week at The Inn at Spanish Bay. As every year, the annual, highly-anticipated forum hosts a variety of star personalities and thought leaders, all brought in to share their opinions in an intimate, seats-are-limited setting while discussing the most significant challenges, trends and conversations facing the classic car community today. The 2019 Pebble Beach Classic Car Forum is scheduled from Thursday, August 15 through Saturday, August 17th in anticipation of the world-famous Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance on Sunday.
On Friday, August 16th at 1 pm, Donald will moderate “A Bright Future for the Past: A Conversation with Tomorrow’s Restorers” with Pebble Beach Best of Show award-winning restorer Paul Russel and renowned market expert Dave Kinney, along with several impressive restoration students currently attending McPherson College. Then on Saturday, August 17 at 10:30 am, Donald will moderate his fourth annual featured presentation with Jay Leno in “Assess & Caress,” named after their recurring segment on CNBC’s weekly primetime show “Jay Leno’s Garage.” This year, this dynamic classic car duo has set their topic to “Replica, Re-creation or Revival- When Should What’s Gone Stay Gone?”
